FAQ’s


How far in advance should I book my party?

We are currently recommending bookings be placed 8 to 12 weeks in advance for best chance of securing your first preferred party date. Last minute enquiries are still welcome!


What payment methods do you accept?

Visa or Mastercard for your deposit at time of booking and the balance due 48 hours prior. Cash is accepted on the day of the party for last minute additional guests, whom we will pack for on request.


What days of the week do you offer your services?

You may book a Day Spa Party any day of the week! Our main days for parties are Friday and weekends. If you need to contact us by phone or email, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If the phone is unanswered please leave a message with your contact details so we can give you a call back.


How do I book a party?

To book a party, the first step is to fill in the enquiry form on our Book a Party! page or call us on 1300 FUN SPA. We will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). To secure your booking, a deposit for the amount specified in the package is required. We will process your deposit via credit card payment over the phone. We accept Visa or Mastercard. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the party . See next question for more information on payment of the balance.


When should I advise of final guest numbers?

We will contact you 48 hours prior to the party to find our your final numbers and arrange payment of the balance based on this amount, via Visa or Mastercard. On request, we can pack for an extra guest If you are still unsure about whether somebody is coming to the party. Any extra guests on the day of the party (maximum 2) can be paid for via cash for which your host will give you a tax receipt.


How much space is needed?

We have hosted our parties in apartments, small homes, mansions, conference rooms, board rooms, community centres, restaurants and private function rooms. We have set up our party in rumpus rooms, living areas, outdoor entertaining areas, lounge rooms and garages. As long as there is space for each guest to be seated with a cleared area in the middle, a large coffee table or trestle size table in the room to place all our goodies.


What if one of my guests coming to the party has an allergy?

Your complimentary invitations emailed once you book a party will ask guests to advise of allergies before the party. If you have a guest with an allergy, please let us know when we contact you 48 hours prior, providing us the contact details of the guest with the allergy or for kids parties their parent/guardian. We will contact these guests if need be. We have different options available for most common allergies. Parents must supervise children under 12 who are known to have anaphylaxis reactions.


Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We make our facial and foot treatments fresh and have found them to be great for sensitive skin. Guests with skin conditions are welcome to contact us  prior to the party if they have questions  related to products used.


Where in my  house should I have the party?

A tiled or floorboard area is best, however carpet is fine too. We will bring the toweling needed for the activities. Choose, the room you think offers the best space for entertaining! There may be occasionally splashes or spillage of  water from foot-basins.


What if more or less people than advised  turn up on the day?

The party balance is calculated on the minimum number specified in the package you booked plus any additional guests within the range. Your final advised numbers are required 48 hours prior to the party. It is important that you follow up with guests and let us know final numbers so we can come prepared with the correct amount of supplies. If due to unforeseen circumstances there are less guests than the specified package minimum or advised 48 hours prior, you will still need to pay for the final advised numbers as we have prepared your party based on this amount.


Where do you service and how much is the travel fee?

We currently service Greater Melbourne and welcome regional enquiries. The travel fee is calculated at approximately $1 per kilometer from Narre Warren in Victoria (where the party kits leave from) to the suburb of the party. This fee helps us contribute to staff travel costs (eg. fuel & tolls). Our staff are coming from all different locations across Greater Melbourne.

Calculate the travel fee to your area -  In Google Maps, click ‘Get Directions’, type  the suburb Narre Warren in box A and suburb of the party in Box B. Round the distance in kilometres via the shortest route to the nearest 5. Convert this number to dollars. This is the travel fee to your area.  The travel fee to your party location will be confirmed upon booking.


When can I expect my DVD memento in the mail?

We aim to post this to you within 14 business days after your event.
